Hello! 1. Is it possible to reserve the Deluxe Twin Room as a family, 3 pax, Me, My husband, and my 11 y.o. child? 2. We are planning to land in Puerto Princesa at night, is there a time restriction for the airport shuttle? As we might arrive at midnight

Yes it is possible, our deluxe twin room is good for 2 people but can add 1 extra person.

Good Day! Our main building (standard and deluxe categories) has an elevator access. However, our annex building (Budget room categories) is only accessible by staircase.

We offer Airport transfers from Lio Airport for an additional fee of P1,000 per trip (Private Van)

Hello, for Ala Carte it's Php350.00 per pax and and for Buffet it's Php500.00 per pax, but it depends on the occupancy of the hotel rooms if it reaches 20 rooms and up it will be buffet but if not it will be ala carte. Thank you.

Yes we do offer shuttle van from and to elnido aiport costs Php1,000. and we also offer island tours for you to do the kayaking.

Yes we do have. if you are from puerto princesa airport we have sharing costs Php700 each and private Php6,000. if lio airport or airswift its Php1,000 only

Great location, with elevator for higher floors
The hotel's location is great. It is a 2-minute walk to the beach and 1-minute walk to the street with a lot of restaurants, bars, and pasalubong options. The view from the 5th floor restaurant is also beautiful. There is an elevator, which is good for the senior citizens/PWDs in our family. The beds are quite comfortable. The concierge assists guests in booking exclusive/joiner tours. There are free cookies/brownies, brewed coffee, and tea at the lobby.
The hotel was fully booked during our stay (January, Friday-Monday) so there were limited supplies, i.e., bath and face towels. If you do not choose breakfast buffet, the hotel does not serve ala carte meals until 10:00 AM. There are busted corridor lights on the 3rd floor.

Good
The location of the hotel was convenient as it was close to the main street but removed enough to avoid the crowds and noise. The shower was good. The cleaning staff were the nicest and most helpful.
The room didn't seem finished and was very dark. The only one small window was very dirty so light couldn't get in. The safe didn't work and to wait for cleaning staff to fix it the following day. Breakfast choices were OK, but there were no cold drinks without sugar so if you want anything bring your own.

I enjoyed staying at this hotel, however, needs more improvement.
The hotel location and view is great. Room is clean but there’s a musty smell. Wifi is very bad in room and good at the front desk/lobby.
Poor WiFi in room and bad smell in room.
